Payment Method
Subscription via Partnered Products
TotalWatchLive.com IPTV subscriptions are provided as an additional service included with your purchase of TotalAV antivirus and Surfshark VPN. Here’s how it works:
Purchase: You pay for your IPTV subscription by purchasing the TotalAV antivirus and Surfshark VPN bundled package. This bundle ensures that your streaming experience is secure and efficient.
Activation: Once your purchase of TotalAV and Surfshark is completed and activated, you will automatically receive access to TotalWatchLive’s IPTV service for one year.
Automatic Renewal: Please note that TotalWatchLive IPTV does not renew automatically. To continue access after one year, you will need to purchase a new TotalAV and Surfshark package.
Accepted Payment Methods
All payments for the TotalAV and Surfshark packages are handled through the payment methods accepted by each respective provider, including major credit/debit cards and digital payment platforms (depending on the country and platform policies).
All transactions are subject to TotalAV and Surfshark’s respective billing policies and secure payment processes. TotalWatchLive does not handle these transactions directly.
Refund Policy
Refund Requests
As the IPTV subscription is a benefit provided alongside your TotalAV and Surfshark purchase, any refund request must be submitted to TotalAV or Surfshark according to their respective refund policies. Here’s how this works:
TotalAV and Surfshark Refund Terms: Each of these companies has a distinct refund policy, typically with a set refund period (e.g., 30 days from the date of purchase). Be sure to check their official websites for the most accurate and up-to-date information on eligibility and process.
Requesting a Refund: To initiate a refund, you must contact the support team of TotalAV or Surfshark, depending on the product through which you purchased the bundle. When the refund is processed by either company, the TotalWatchLive IPTV subscription will also be automatically terminated.
Termination of IPTV Service Upon Refund
If you receive a refund from either TotalAV or Surfshark, your IPTV subscription with TotalWatchLive will end immediately. Any remaining time on the one-year subscription will be forfeited without partial refunds, as the IPTV access is an add-on benefit provided with the purchase.
No Partial Refunds for IPTV Service Only
Since the IPTV subscription cannot be purchased independently and is only available through the TotalAV and Surfshark packages, TotalWatchLive does not offer partial refunds for the IPTV service alone. If you are unsatisfied, your sole refund avenue is through the refund policies of TotalAV or Surfshark.
Subscription Renewal
As mentioned, TotalWatchLive subscriptions are non-renewing. If you wish to continue using the IPTV service after your one-year period, you will need to make a new purchase of the TotalAV and Surfshark package.
