Subscription to TotalWatchLive is available as a benefit with the purchase of Protection and VPN Services.

3. User Eligibility

To use TotalWatchLive, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

4. Account Registration

To access our TV channel streaming service:

1. Purchase Requirements: You must purchase Protection and VPN Services as a bundled package. Upon completion, you will gain access to TotalWatchLive for one year.
2. Account Creation: You may be required to create an account to activate your streaming service. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account details secure.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Subscription Model

TotalWatchLive subscriptions are managed as follows:

• Bundled Subscription: Access to the streaming service is provided exclusively as part of your Protection and VPN Services purchase.
• Non-Renewable Term: Each subscription is valid for one year and does not automatically renew. To continue service after one year, a new Protection and VPN Services purchase is required.

6. Payment and Refunds

• Payment: Payment for the Protection and VPN Services bundle is required to activate TotalWatchLive. All payments are processed directly by our payment partners according to their accepted payment methods.
• Refund Policy: Refunds for the streaming service are handled by the Protection and VPN Services providers under their respective refund policies. If you receive a refund from these providers, your streaming subscription will also be terminated. TotalWatchLive does not offer partial refunds for the streaming service alone.

7. Service Use and Restrictions

You agree to use TotalWatchLive solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. By using our service, you agree not to:

• Access or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Share your login credentials with others or attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
• Distribute, reproduce, modify, or otherwise exploit any content provided by TotalWatchLive without our written permission.
• Use any device, software, or procedure to interfere with the proper functioning of TotalWatchLive or to access the service by any means other than the official application or website.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

TotalWatchLive and all content available through our platform, including live TV channels and on-demand content, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved, and you are granted a limited license to access and view content on the platform for personal use only.

Your use of any third-party services, including the purchase of Protection and VPN Services, is subject to their own terms and conditions.

• No Warranties: TotalWatchLive is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• Limitation of Liability: TotalWatchLive, its affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
• Total Liability: In any case, our total liability for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Protection and VPN Services bundle in the last 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TotalWatchLive, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of TotalWatchLive after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination
